2001 AGM
(for the 2002-2003 financial year)
Nominations are required for:
- President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Publishing (up to 2)
- Entertainment (up to 3)
- General crew (total limit of 8 including President, Secretary, Treasurer and Publishing but not including Entertainment)
The new crew may also appoint officers:
- Web master
- Hosting sysadmin
- General assistants
The financial year is April to March, with the AGM held in December in conjunction with the normal club meeting. It is hoped that for the 3-month overlap, both new and old crew members will attend crew meetings, thus smoothing the transition.
Only current paid up members can stand for positions or vote at the AGM.
