2000 AGM
(for the 2001-2002 financial year)
Some changes were made to the crew structure this year.
- Fewer titular positions are directly elected, now only President, Secretary, Treasurer and Publisher, and the crew is directed to coopt people able to fill other roles either from the general crew positions or from the club membership.
- The position of "entertainments" is disestablished, and positions are created for a system administrator and a web master.
All positions except Publisher and General Crew were elected unopposed.

Previous AGM Next AGM Club History
The financial year is April to March, with the AGM held in December in conjunction with the normal club meeting. It is hoped that for the 3-month overlap, both new and old crew members will attend crew meetings, thus smoothing the transition.
Only current paid up members can stand for positions or vote at the AGM.
